Cancellation Policy

At Jordan Valley Events, we understand that unexpected changes can occur after registering for an event. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible to your needs while ensuring the smooth operation of our event planning and execution.

Cancellation Policy
Participants who wish to cancel their event registration must adhere to the following guidelines to be eligible for a refund:

Notification Period: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. This period allows us to adjust our planning and potentially offer the vacated spot to other interested participants.

Cancellation Requests: All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Please include your registration details and a brief explanation for the cancellation to help us process your request more efficiently.

Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process it within 48 hours and send you an email confirmation once the cancellation has been finalized.

Refund Policy
Following the acceptance of a cancellation request, the refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refund: Participants who cancel their registration within the stipulated 7-day period will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days from the confirmation of cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage participants facing unforeseen circumstances to contact us directly to discuss potential exceptions.

Event Cancellation: In the rare event that Jordan Valley Events must cancel an event, all registered participants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund.

Special Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances (such as illness, family emergency, or unforeseen travel issues) may necessitate last-minute cancellations. Participants facing such situations are encouraged to reach out to our support team as soon as possible to discuss their specific case.
